Common Login Problems

Corrupt Cookies
PROBLEM: Sometimes cookies become corrupt. For security purposes, our system will not allow you to login with a malformed cookie even if you are using the correct username and password.

SOLUTION: On the Internet Explorer menu bar, click on Tools ?> Internet Options. Under the section title Temporary Internet Files click on the Delete Cookies button. Click OK to confirm.

Cookies Have Been Disabled
PROBLEM: You will not be able to login if cookies have been disabled in your web browser even if you are using the correct username and password.

SOLUTION: On the Internet Explorer menu bar, click on Tools ?> Internet Options. Under the Privacy tab click on the Default button. Click OK.

Zone AlarmŽ and Other Firewall Programs
PROBLEM: Zone AlarmŽ and similar firewall programs may cause problems when logging into the site even if you are using the correct username and password. This is due to the cookie blocking features in these programs.

SOLUTION: Right click on the Zone AlarmŽ icon in your system tray and select Disable.
